Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zebrapad platform, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, making a payment, or using Zebrapad, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of Zebrapad

Zebrapad is an educational platform designed for competitive speech teams, coaches, and students. Our tools help you organize, practice, and prepare. Zebrapad does not write speeches for you — your creative work is always your own.

2. Account Use

Accounts are intended for use by the purchasing school, coach, or team.
Sharing passwords outside of your school or team is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All original content created by users in Zebrapad belongs to the user or their team.
Zebrapad will never publish, resell, or claim ownership of your work.
Zebrapad retains ownership of the platform, tools, designs, and branding.

4. Payments & Memberships

Memberships are sold by school/team and are billed annually.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pricing is posted on the Zebrapad website and may change with notice.

5. Limitations of Liability

Zebrapad provides educational tools; we do not guarantee competitive results.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebrapad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Safety & Appropriate Use

Users must treat others with respect when using Zebrapad.
If a student enters content indicating self-harm, abuse, or danger, Zebrapad will direct them to a coach, trusted adult, or emergency resource.
Zebrapad reserves the right to remove or restrict access for safety reasons.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
