H.E.R.D. is a four-tournament, fully asynchronous national speech series designed to expand access to high-quality competition, provide substantial judge feedback, and create additional opportunities for NIETOC qualification without requiring tournament travel.

This purchase provides payment for the four-tournament series which includes up to 50 entries total per tournament. (Additional entries will be invoiced at $2/entry.)
